If you watched Boris’ announcement a few weeks ago you’ll know that there’s going to be a few changes to how we and our friends in hospitality can operate our business. Please take some time to read our new procedures set in place from when we open in October.
Although we currently close at 10pm, last orders will now be at 9.30pm and customers will have to be out of the door strictly by 10pm.
Please see our website for constant changing times www.crosskeysnewbury.com.
Table service is now mandatory in all pubs and bars. Our new ordering system cards will be placed on each table before service.
To order, simply scan the code to view our menu and leave the card green side up – this is how we’ll know that you guys are ready to order so a staff member can serve you.
1. PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK AT ALLTIMES UNLESS SEATED. 2. STAY AT YOUR TABLE, NO MINGLING OR PLAYING AROUND WITH THE OTHER TABLES. 3. PLEASE USE CARDS PROVIDED ON TABLE IF YOU ARE ORDERING FOOD OR DRINK – RED SIDE UP TO ORDER - BLACK SIDE DON’T BOTHER US. 4. PLEASE BE PATIENT – THINGS WILL TAKE SLIGHTLY LONGER THAN NORMAL. 5. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CASH AT THE MOMENT – THIS DOES NOT MEAN THINGS ARE FREE – WE ARE ACCEPTING CREDIT / DEBIT CARD FOR PAYMENT ONLY.
Face coverings are now mandatory at all times unless seated. This includes toilet visits and as you enter the pub. Please make sure to bring your face coverings with you to the pub.
